Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026.

LinkPune lets you publish a page of links. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect from you

  • Account details: your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself.
  • Your page: the username, profile text, links, images and design choices you add. Anything you publish is public by design.
  • If you continue with Google: Google tells us your name, your email address and that the email is confirmed. We don’t get your Google password, contacts, files or anything else in your Google account, and we don’t keep your Google profile photo.
  • Sign-in sessions: when you log in we keep a session record with your IP address and browser type, so you stay signed in and we can protect your account. Sessions expire after 30 days, and you can end them all from Settings.
  • Abuse protection: we briefly keep counts of sign-in attempts and uploads to slow down password guessing and misuse.

What we collect from visitors to your page

We count page views and link clicks as totals only. We don’t store visitors’ IP addresses, cookies, device details or any identifier, and we don’t use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. To stop automated abuse, a visitor’s IP address is held in memory for about a minute to limit how often it can be counted; it is never saved.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, so there’s no cookie banner.

Who processes your data

We use a few providers to run the service. They process data only on our behalf:

  • Vercel: hosting and image storage
  • Neon: database
  • Cloudflare: domain, DNS and sending account emails (confirmation and password reset)
  • Google: signing in, if you choose Continue with Google

These providers may store data in the United States.

Your choices

  • Edit or unpublish your page at any time.
  • Delete your account from Settings. This permanently removes your account, page, links, images and counts.
  • For a copy of your data or any other request, contact us at hello@linkpune.com.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and tell account holders by email.
